Willowfields Ladysbridge Co Cork

Ladysbridge is located 10 minutes north of Midleton. Willowfields is a development of 34 homes ranging from 1000 sq ft terraced homes to 1800 sq ft detached dormer homes. The development was completed in 2001.

Ard Na Greine Midleton Co Cork

Ard na Greine is located on the Dark Road Midleton Co. Cork. The development consists of 10 apartments, 10 Duplex’s and 12 large three bedroom semi detached homes. This development was completed in 2002.

Cois Coillte. Kilworth Village Co Cork.

Cois Coillte is located just north of Fermoy on the Cork Dublin Road. The development is a mix of 72 three and four bedroom homes.The development was completed in 2004.

Ard Abhainn Knockraha Co.Cork.

Knockraha is located just 5 minutes north of Glanmire Village parallel to the Cork/Dublin Road. Ard Abhainn consists of 34 homes terraced to large detached homes. Demand was extremely strong in Knockraha and the company hopes to build further homes in Knockraha in the future
This development was completed in 2005.

Coach Road Kilworth Village Co. Cork.

Coach road represents an infill development and provided 12 semi detached starter bungalows. These homes were snapped up as soon as they were offered to market selling in a few weeks. This development was completed in 2005.

Pairc Na Gcapall Kilworth Co. Cork. (Phase 1)

Following the success of the Cois Coillte and Coach Road Developments this development was started in early 2005 and finished in mid 2006. The 54 unit development also included a Centra shop which has recently opened. Situated within the village all amenities are within walking distance while our current development (phase2) is located to the rear of the site.
