Our team is still fully available to you during this time. Our sales department is operating remotely and is contactable in the normal way. Information relating to availability of new homes, progress on properties under construction and completion dates are available on request. Our accounts and administration team are also working remotely and are here to help with any queries you may have.
The Construction Industry Federation have issued new operating procedures as a guide for management of Covid-19. There is a new online course that will be compulsory for anyone working on construction sites. It will help our workers to understand how to prevent the spread of Covid-19 on sites. We are currently contacting all employees and sub-contractors to advise them to complete this course. OLOS New Homes are also reviewing future work practises and new control measures to put in place when we are deemed safe to return to work by the Government. These measures include Social distancing protocols on site, Site Access Protocols, Hygiene Protocols and Management of Deliveries, to name a few. Suitable PPE equipment and disinfectants for both employees and equipment has been purchased in preparation of our return.
