OLOS New Homes Ltd (Formerly O’Leary & O’Sullivan Developments Limited) was established over 25 years ago and has operated in residential construction since 2000.
We specialise in building high quality A-rated homes in the greater Cork area, spanning Fermoy, Midleton, Ballincollig, Blarney and across Cork City.
Together with our sister company, OSG New Homes, we are currently building a new residential site of 166 Homes at Coppenger Woods, Ballyvolane, Cork.
We have built our reputation on our unique client interaction and hands-on approach to our projects. As we continue to build, our focus remains on growing the structure of the business to deliver new and innovative ways to deliver quality homes to the greater Cork area.
