Construction Sites are reopening on Monday 18th May 2020.
Plans are well advanced for the reopening of our sites in Cluain Ard Blarney, Coppenger Fields Whites Cross and Glenn Rua Courtbrack.
Our number one priority remains the safety of our people, our customers and the wider community and strict guidelines and new operating procedures are being introduced on reopening.
We welcome visitors to site; however appointments are mandatory, and all people (Including Visitors) MUST complete a FREE CIF online COVID 19 course. A digital certificate issued on completion of this course must be presented to gain entry to the site. Temperature scanners and further site entry protocols are also in use.
Our new norm includes strict protocols being introduced around social distancing, hygiene, management of deliveries to ensure everybody’s safety.
Although our office is closed, our sales department is operating remotely and is contactable in the normal way. Information relating to availability of new homes, progress on properties under construction and completion dates are available on request. Our accounts and administration team are also working remotely and are here to help with any queries you may have.
